Project Description : The IAC is seeking a user-friendly cost-effective scalable CRM solution to enhance our global teams- ability to collaborate and manage business relationships in a single system of record, track performance metrics, deliver reports and actionable data to stakeholders. The CRM solution provider will provide thought leadership in economic development CRM implementation, an understanding of public sector compliance and complexity of international enterprises. Strategic partnerships are the key to success in attracting and increasing investment into Alberta. The selected CRM solution provider will design, implement and optimize an easy-to-use tool that will add value to our teams- day-to-day operations.
