Description:
The Ministry of Forests (the “Ministry”) invites Respondents to submit Responses to provide cleaning and disinfecting services for Province-owned camp trailers (the “Services”) to BC Wildfire Services (“BCWS”), a branch within the Ministry, on an as if and when requested basis. The Services are to be provided by a single Contractor at each of the Chilliwack Provincial Equipment Depot and the Prince George Provincial Equipment Depot (up to two (2) Contractors in total). For clarity, Respondents may submit a Response to provide the Services at either or both Equipment Depot locations. If the Respondent is interesting in providing Services at both Equipment Depot locations, it must submit two (2) separate Responses, one for each location. The Services will include deep cleaning of various camp trailers including kitchen, prep kitchen, reefer, accommodation, wash cars, laundry, first aid and office trailers as further described in sections 3 and 4 of the NRSA and Appendix A, Schedule A. The anticipated term of the Standing Arrangement is from date of execution to March 31, 2026. The Province reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to extend the Contract for three (3) additional 12-month terms on the same terms and conditions of this Agreement, except that Rates will be adjusted in accordance with the change to the British Columbia Consumer Price Index for the year immediately preceding.
