- OVERVIEW:
The City is seeking to engage the services of an experienced Contractor to clean, collect and dispose of waste materials on an “as required” basis from various sites throughout the City which may be located on a City-owned property, or on private properties deemed as an “Unsightly Premise” under City of Moncton By-Law Z-819.
PROPOSED CONTRACT PERIOD:
The proposed term of the agreement is for a twelve (12) month period, commencing from the date of award. The City may exercise an option to renew the agreement for up to two (2) additional twelve (12) month periods, if it is in the City-s best interest to do so. - Documents:
