Description:
This Request for Supplier Qualifications (“RFSQ”) is an invitation by Claystone Waste Ltd. (“Claystone”) to prospective respondents to qualify in accordance with Evaluation of Responses (Part 2) for eligibility to provide Construction Program 2025 as further described in Section A of the RFSQ Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”).The work of the Construction Program 2025 includes but is not limited to Capping Construction (~56,000m2) and Landfill Cell Construction (~265x195m) as detailed in Section A of the RFSQ Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). The top two ranked respondents will be short-listed to participate in an invitational second stage competitive processes for the procurement of the Deliverables. In the event of a tie in the eligible rankings, both respondents will be short-listed. The successful respondents will be notified of being a successful prequalified supplier and the second-stage competitive process will follow. The prequalified suppliers will be invited to participate in the Request for Proposal process. The second-stage competitive process will include evaluation based on pricing, schedule, and cost savings opportunities. The details of the evaluation criteria for the second-stage competitive process will be included in the Request for Proposal. Responses must be submitted at: engineering@claystonewaste.com.
