- Tenders are being received by the R.M. of Cut Knife No.439 for a 12 inch clay cap on approximately 2 kms of existing roadway. This project is expected to be started Mid-June 2024 and completed by July 31st, 2024. A 12 Inch clay cap is to be applied on Grid 674 (Rge Rd 321-5) that which lies from 200 metres south of Twp Rd 44-4 north to Twp Rd 44-5. The existing road top will be 25 feet in width. The tender shall include clay haul. Clay will be sourced from either of two locations. From the preferred location the haul would be minimum 2 kms and maximum 4 kms. From the alternate location, if required, the haul would be minimum 16 kms and maximum 18 kms. Tenders will be accepted until 4:00 PM Friday, April 5th, 2024. All submissions must be dispensed and/or posted with sufficient time or service to assure that they will arrive at the R.M. of Cut Knife administration office prior to the deadline.
