Tender are invited for Classroom Manipulatives - curriculum of Explore your world (k-2)

This Invitation to Tender has been amended for administrative purposes.

SCOPE
This Invitation to Tender consists of the assembly, shipping, and delivery of 950 kits to support "Explore your World" curriculum, as per attached distribution list.

Kits are to be shipped to the schools in the attached list, as per the quantities listed.

All shipping and delivery charges must be included in the tender price.

CONTRACT AWARD CRITERIA
Contract will be awarded to the lowest compliant total price bid.

Each kit is to be assembled and housed in an enclosed container (tender item 1) and must contain tender items 1.1 through item 1.10.

Preference may be given to award for combination of price and delivery.

Vendors are to verify and confirm delivery date to each school no later than March 31, 2025. Delivery after this date may result in cancellation of the order.

Awarded vendor will be provided further contact information for each school prior to delivery.
