- The City of Cold Lake is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced contractors to deliver Class III Landfill Maintenance Services for the Cold Lake Class III Landfill. The City of Cold Lake Class III Landfill receives approximately 3500 tonnes per year of inert waste generated in the City of Cold Lake and surrounding area. The landfill is registered and operated as a class III landfill and is supplemented by a transfer station for municipal waste, a recycling facility and a composting facility.
