Project Description : 1. This Request for Proposal is open only to those Prequalified Parties who have received notification from The City prior to Submission Deadline that they are Prequalified for Prime Contractor for Safety status in the following category:C7200000- Water & Wastewater Treatment Plants2. The City of Calgary is seeking for a qualified Contractor to supply/install new access assembly, replace handrail and complete associated concrete repairs. The project consists of unit priced construction deliverables as described in the RFP at locations and in quantities as specified in future Work Orders from time to time.3.This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations.4. Agreement Term: Initial one (1) year with option to renew for up to four (4) additional one (1) year terms.
