Description : Purpose of this Pre-QualificationThis is NOT a bid solicitation. This is a notice to trade contractors, vendors, and suppliers (herein noted as “Parties”) to pre-qualify for the opportunity to tender this project, and to provide the Parties an opportunity to apply for security clearances.
