SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT
RED PINE SANITARY LANDFILL
CIVIL INFRASTRUCTURES 2026
Project No. 001-26-1
Sealed tenders marked "PROJECT 001-26-1, RED PINE SANITARY LANDFILL, CIVIL INFRASTRUCTURES 2026", will be received until 2:00 p.m. (local time), April 29, 2026, by the Chaleur Regional Service Commission at the location identified in the tender documents. Public opening of tenders will follow immediately. The construction project includes, but is not limited to the following:
# The development of clay borrow pit area.
# The construction of the waste containment cell #16.
# The partial construction of cell #15 clay capping (North and South slopes).
Each tender must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the tender price, payable to the CHALEUR REGIONAL SERVICE COMMISSION. The name of the tendering firm and the identification of the contract shall be indicated on the envelope.
The latest revision and amendments of the "Procurement Act" (N.B. Regulation 2022-78), shall apply to this tender.
Electronic tender documents are available on the New Brunswick Opportunities Network (NBON) online site.
The Chaleur Regional Service Commission reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders.
