Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to establish a source list of Civil Contractors at CFB Suffield, Alberta. Tendered opportunities to be made using the Quick Response Tender (QRT) selective tendering process.Contractors who pre-qualified for previous QRT Source lists are required to re-apply in the manner stated below. Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is inviting contractors to apply to be placed on Civil Construction QRT source list for civil work required by the Department of National Defence, at CFB Suffield, Alberta for Fiscal Year(s) 2025-2026 (April 1, 2025, to March 31, 2026), 2026-2027 (April 1, 2026, to March 31, 2027) and 2027-2028 (April 1, 2027, to March 31, 2028) (three fiscal years).Applications will be accepted for the following category of service(s): Civil Construction (Excavation, underground utilities, surface finishes, contaminated soil)DCC may utilize QRT-s for projects ranging in value up to $300,000Contractors that want to be added to the QRT source lists, must apply through this MERX posting by submitting the Source List application form.The language selected by the applicant for a QRT Source List will be the only language used for the tender documents, the contract documents and communication for all future tenders and during the execution of any resulting contract.
