- The City of Bloomington (“City”) is soliciting proposals from qualified commissioning agents or engineering firms to provide comprehensive building recommissioning (RCx) services for the Bloomington Civic Plaza (1800 West Old Shakopee Road) in 2026 (“Project”). The Project is estimated to take approximately 7-9 months to complete.
The purpose of the Project is to optimize building systems performance, enhance occupant comfort, reduce utility consumption, and ensure that building operations align with current City standards and usage needs.
