ADVERTISEMENT INVITATION TO BID (ITB)ALL QUALIFIED BIDDERS:
25-13BCITY OF TAMARAC FACILITIES DEMOLITION
The City of Tamarac is hereby requesting Bids from qualified contactors for the demolition of four (4) City owned facilities at the following locations: 1). 4959 N. State Road 7, Tamarac, FL. 33319; 2). 4949 N. State Road 7, Tamarac, FL. 33319; 3). 3660 NW 50th Street, Tamarac, FL. 33309; and 4). Shaker Village Clubhouse located between Commercial Blvd and Canterbury Lane, within the Shaker Village community (refer to Attachments 1, 2, 3, & 4 location maps for referenced locations). The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools and equipment necessary to complete the project, including but not limited to the full demolition and removal of City owned facilities and associated appurtenances as indicated in the Special Conditions, Special Provisions, Technical Specifications and ITB No. 25-13B Documents attached herein.
The Contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, equipment, materials, supplies, manufactured articles, furnishing all transportation and services, including fuel, power, water, essential communications, etc., as necessary to complete the project, as indicated in the Special Conditions, Special Provisions, Technical Specifications and Bid No. 25-13B as may be included in documents herein, along with all engineering, shop drawings, and other documentation necessary to obtain all applicable permits and all bonds, securities, licenses and insuran...
