- The City of Melfort (“the Owner”) requests a tender to complete the construction of for Melfort Waste Disposal Ground Closure. The construction of the waste disposal ground closure will generally consist of earthworks, geomembrane liner installation, landfarm reclamation, and construction of associated site works including, anchor trenches, berms, ditches, and landfill gas vents. The work is located approximately 1.8 km west of the City of Melfort, Saskatchewan at SW-11-45-19.
