- The City of Estevan invites proponents to submit proposals through the Bids and Tenders website (https://ae-sk.bidsandtenders.ca) for the provision of the City of Estevan Downtown Revitalization Phase 1: 4th Avenue from 11th Street to 13th Street (the “Project”).
The project will generally consist of:
- Collaboration and provide suggestions during the finalization of the detailed design with Associated Engineering and the City of Estevan.
- Revitalization of two (2) blocks of downtown including:
Removal of existing infrastructure
Approx. 372 meters of water main replacement
Approx. 453 meters of sanitary sewer main replacement
Approx. 364 meters of storm sewer main installation
Approx. 7630 square meters of asphalt cement roadway
Approx. 972 lineal meters of concrete curb and gutter
Approx. 5142 square meters of paver stone sidewalk
Approx. 560 Linear meters of tree box installation and 63 new trees
Traffic signs/signals
Landscaping features and furnishings
Electric Vehicle Charge Stations
Excavation, haul and disposal of contaminated soil, haul and placement of clean backfill
Tie into existing infrastructure at project extents.
Additional Information
