- This Work includes the supply of all labour, materials, equipment and services required to complete the civil rehab work, waterproofing installation of the library parkade and Westin pedway roof and construction of sewer, LID (Low Impact Development) soil cell systems, street lighting, catenary lighting, traffic signal adjustments (by The City of Edmonton), pavement structure, concrete and paving stone walks and driveways, landscaping including trees within and outside of soil cell systems, and various streetscape and public use items.The Work is to take place on 99 Street from 102 Avenue to Jasper Avenue and on Judy Padua Way (JPW) from 100 Street to 99 Street.
