This is open only to those Prequalified Parties who have received notification from The City prior to submission deadline that are Prequalified for Prime Contractor for Safety in the following categories: Road Construction (C70000000) ORAsphalt Road Works C7000100 2. Pavement Rehabilitation - 16 Ave NE and 17 Ave SE. The work includes pavement rehabilitation (i.e. mill and inlay asphalt), concrete repairs, subsurface repairs if necessary, and all traffic accommodation. 3. This procurement process is not intended to create, and will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations.4. Scheduled Operational Date is October 31, 2025
