Provide regular (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually) scheduled janitorial services at identified CT LRT stations and associated infrastructure. This would include a day, afternoon, and night shift for 24-hour coverage 7 days a week.2. Provide specified 24-hour service availability to ensure the required level of service is maintained at all sites, and to respond to unplanned janitorial requirements, at identified CT LRT stations and associated infrastructure.3. Exterior of CT LRT stations as Power cuts allow and yearly exterior Garage and office buildings pressure washing and Window cleaning.This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations. The Agreement will for for an initial Term of two (2) year. The Agreement may be renewed, for two (2) additional two (2) year terms, not to exceed a maximum of six (6) years.
