Firms must also provide field staff for on-site support and quality assurance.This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations. The Agreement will for for an initial Term of two (2) years. The Agreement may be renewed, for four (4) additional two (2) year terms, not to exceed a maximum of ten (10) years.
