We are seeking a Consultant with a visionary approach to conduct a comprehensive review of Calgary Transit-s current fare payment infrastructure. This review will encompass an analysis of the current Calgary Transit system, peer-reviewed literature, and industry practices to craft a strategic vision that not only meets but sets new standards for fare payment systems, reviewed literature, and industry practices.The review is intended to craft a strategic vision that not only meets but sets new standards for fare payment systems.Calgary Transit aims to be a pioneer in the fare payment space, and as such, we expect the Consultant to deliver a strategy and implementation plan for the path forward.
