- The City of Calgary (“The City”) is seeking up to three (3) consulting firms to provide multi-disciplinary engineering services to support the design and construction The City-s new Water Treatment infrastructure as well as upgrades and replacements to the existing infrastructure. This RFSO is open to all Respondents.This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations.Each Master Agreement will be for an initial term of three (3) years. After the initial term, The City will have an option to renew the Master Agreement for an additional two (2) years, for a potential total term of five (5) years.
