Description:
The City is seeking an experienced and qualified contractor with proven ability to perform On-Demand Property Cleanup Services for a wide variety of small to large-scale private projects at various locations within the City on an “as and when” required basis. The Goods and Services shall encompass, without limitation, the supply and delivery of materials, the provision of skilled labor, and the necessary equipment required to fulfill the Goods and perform the Services, along with any other obligations outlined in this RFP within the City.Contractor shall perform the following services including, but not limited to:a.Removing garbage, debris, and other items.b.Filling holes and fixing gradingc.Cutting grass, weed and overgrown vegetation.d.Clearing snow and ice from private property sidewalks during winter months.e.Delivery of waste material from the private property to the disposal site.
