- This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City of Airdrie (the “City”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for a Call Centre Solution & Telephone Replacement, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). Vendors must be registered on the City of Airdrie's no-cost MERX portal to obtain competition documents. Competition documents are to be obtained from MERX only. Responses must be submitted through MERX at www.merx.com. Responses that are not submitted through MERX will result in a non-compliant bid. Amendments to the associated notice, including amended documents, plans and specifications will be issued on MERX. No further information will be posted on APC
