Description:
The City requires a comprehensive salary survey that will result in compensation model revision that will look at all aspects of how the City structures compensation across roles, bands, departments, and how external data is evaluated. The project will also include a salary survey to gather accurate and up-to-date information on salary trends and compensation practices within our industry. Our industry will be comprised of both public and private sectors. This salary survey will be for all positions at the City of Airdrie. The findings will help ensure our compensation packages are competitive, internally equitable, and aligned with market standards.The City expects the Consultant to begin work immediately after the execution of the resulting agreement and be complete prior to March of 2026.
