Project Description : The County of St. Paul (the “County”) is seeking tenders for the installation of 11 cistern and septic tanks in Riverview, set out as follows: Secondary Line locating and exposing all underground utilities, Excavation, subgrade preparation and installation of 11- 2000 Gallon Fresh Water Cisterns c/w constant pressure system and all associated electrical. Installation of piping and electrical into residences and sealing of walls and footings. All concrete connections to be triple sealed with butyl construction sealant and Blueskin. Piping to house to be 200psi poly hose c/w bronze fittings.Secondary Line locating and exposing all underground utilities, Excavation, subgrade preparation and installation of 11- 2000 Gallon Septic Holding Tanks c/w monitoring system and all associated electrical. Installation of septic piping and electrical into residences and sealing of walls and footings. All concrete connections to be triple sealed with butyl construction sealant and Blueskin and sewage piping to be PVC Ultra rib.Contractor to pile and leave excess soil and clay onsite in a designated area for removal by County.
