- This Invitation to Tender (the “ITT”) is an invitation by the Corporation of the City of Port Colborne to prospective bidders to submit bids for the Cured-In-Place-Pipe Watermain Lining 2025 Contract. The purpose of this contract is to rehabilitate existing watermains to provide a fully structural class IV liner using trenchless cured-in-place pipe methods.
The estimated length of lining includes:
1. 300mm Dia. Watermain on Clarence Street from King Street to West Street (90m)
