Canadian Museum of History100 Laurier Street, Gatineau, QCRequest for Proposals (RFP) for the Operations and Maintenance Services of the Ciné+ Theatre at the Canadian Museum of HistoryThe Museum is seeking Proposals from potential firms who have managerial and technical experience in providing Ciné+ Theatre Operations and Maintenance Services in Gatineau (Québec), Canada. This is a one-step two-envelope submission process (Technical and Financial) to select the highest ranked Proponent who may then be invited to negotiate or to enter into a Contract with the Museum.The selected Contractor will be required to deliver the Services described in the procurement documents including, but not limited to, the following disciplines: Providing the services of bilingual projectionists (french and english); Providing preventive and corrective maintenance services, as well as minor repairs to the CINÉ+ theatre-s projection equipment (french and english); Providing major repair management services with external suppliers when required (french and english); As required, perform hosting duties or assist hosting staff (french and english).To be considered, Proposals must be received before the Closing Date and Time noted in the MERX ad through the MERX Electronic Bid Submission System.
