- Tender are invited for Children's Services Provincial Scanning Project (2023)
Project Description : Children-s Services is looking for a service provider to provide digitization services for approximately 21,000 boxes of records that are stored at worksites across the province including rural and remote areas. All scanned documents must meet GoA Information Management and Digitization Standards. The anticipated contract term is April 5, 2023 to March 31, 2025. The anticipated contract value is 5,000,000 with the the possibility of extension for up to an additional 24 months (estimated value $5,000,000). The Province intends to award a General Services Contract.
