Summary Details:
The PRRD is seeking proposals from qualified proponents to complete design-build services for the construction of a new 8,000 square foot library facility in Chetwynd, BC. The scope of work includes:
1. Development of 2 concept plans and Class D cost estimates as part of the RFP submittal;
2. Engagement with Chetwynd Library Committee with revisions to selected concept and updated cost estimate;
3. Completion of detailed design project approvals and permits;
4. Construction completion services; and
5. Post construction services.

PROPOSALS clearly marked "RFP 27-2021 Chetwynd Library - Design Build" will be received by the Peace River Regional District at procurement@prrd.bc.ca until 2:00 p.m. PST on April 16, 2021. Proposals received after the specified time will not be considered.
Each proponent will be solely responsible for examining all the RFP documents, including any addenda issued during the RFP period and for independently informing itself with respect to any and all information contained therein, and any and all conditions that may in any way affect the quote, before the quote is submitted.
