This RFP is for contracted mechanical and electrical installation services for lift station rehabilitation in Chestermere, Alberta.
This project is being managed by EPCOR Water Services Inc. (“EPCOR”) on behalf of The City of Chestermere. EPCOR will retain prime contractor status for the duration of the work.
Project duration is being driven by equipment procurement, with intermittent effort anticipated to extend from summer 20205 into the spring of 2026. Long lead equipment such as MCCs and generators have been pre-purchased by EPCOR for free issue to the successful proponent. - Documents:
