- The Ministry of Finance (MoF) is seeking an experienced and reputable architectural consulting firm to lead a design team and work collaborative with the Ministry of SaskBuilds and Procurement (SBP), MoF and Public Services Commission (PSC) to deliver the project on time and on budget. The Chateau Tower located on 1920 Broad Street, Regina, SK requires interior renovations on the 18th floor to achieve occupancy for PSC staff. Tenant improvements for the space include but are not limited to 36 offices, 5 boardrooms, 15 workstations, up to 3 kitchenettes and 1 washroom for the Chair-s office. The floor area is approximately 14,500 square feet.
