- The Board is seeking the services of a pre-qualified Architectural Firm to provide architectural and consulting services including Design Development, assistance with Contract Documents & Tender development, and Construction & Contract Administration for the renovations as further specified herein.
The Successful Bidder will be required to design and administer the construction of the following scope.
Replace existing roof top equipment and supply new equipment to provide air conditioning to occupied spaces.Consultant to provide mechanical design brief for approval by UCDSB prior to proceeding with design drawing and specification package.Equipment to be connected to existing building automation system. To offset AC utilities cost, install approximately a 48 KW Net Metering DC Solar PV Array.Replace and upgrade Main Electrical service to support new equipment.Phase project to cause least impact to building users. - Documents:
