- Contractors are invited to bid provided they demonstrate that they are currently on a Vendor of Record list for any Post-secondary Education Institution or Publicly Funded School Board for projects over $500,000 in construction value (excl HST).Contractors to provide a completed CCDC 11 2016 formlisting a minimum of three projects with similar complexity and scope.Bidders shall provide a WSIB, Workplace Injury Summary Report certificate indicating injury statistics for the last five years. References and Health and Safety Program details will be requested.Project identified as UW work requestnumber 53181The project involves replacement of pathways, sidewalks and curbs, and any other associated works as per tender package and drawings.Form of agreement shall be the CCDC2 -2020 edition complete with Owner Supplementary Conditions.
