- The purpose of this document is to solicit proposals for the supply of Certification and Maintenance of Primary Engineering Controls for Laminar Flow Work Benches, Hoods, Biological Safety Cabinets, and Compounding Isolators for the Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA).
In addition to the two aforementioned services to be addressed in this competition, 3s Health and the SHA intend to improve timely and consistent delivery of Certifications and service work for Primary Engineering Controls for Laminar Flow Work Benches / Hoods, Biological Safety Cabinets, and Compounding Isolators.
Service work is to also address any room, or environment testing or remediation work to bring that environment or room up to standard or code.
Improvements are also sought with the documentation, reporting and communications with the service provider(s) awarded for this work. - Documents:
