Summary Details:
The City is seeking a qualified Vendor to provide proposal including details of a centralized cloud based software solution for emergency Preemption at municipal traffic signals, and to demonstrate the effectiveness of the offered products and services through a pilot project in the City of North Vancouver.
The pilot project is expected to be free of charge for the City. Evaluation of the pilot project may result with approval for proceeding to ultimate project. The proposal should also include a budgetary overview for the entire ultimate project, pending success and approval after pilot project is completed.
The ultimate project's budgetary overview should include licenses for each vehicle and intersection, annual software maintenance, project management, setup, testing and verification of the system, data collection and reporting, monitoring, technical support and system maintenance of the cloud hosted solution, configuration of the solution as well as remote training of the system for both vehicle and intersection stakeholders.
