SUMMARY OF REQUIRED GOODS/SERVICES:The key objectives in issuing this RFP is as follows:CBC/R-C is looking for a robust, reliable and cloud based Centralized Password Management system with extensive RBAC capabilities; high availability; encryption at rest and in transit; audit logs; multi-factor authentication and password rotation. The system must also be designed to secure and manage non-human access such as that used by applications, services, automation scripts, and DevOps tools.2.
