- Sealed bids marked "Centennial Road Improvement" project will be received through the online bidding system, Bids and Tenders website (www.ae-sk.bidsandtenders.ca) up to 2:00 p.m. local time on Thursday, March 30, 2023. Bids submitted after the online bidding system closing time will not be accepted by the online bidding system. The time as indicated by the declining time clock on the online bidding system shall be the official time for closing. The Work involves the construction of local improvements to the Centennial Place development, with the addition of concrete curb and gutter and paved roadways. Contract Documents will be available on the online bidding system on or after Thursday, March 16, 2023. Bidders are required to check for any updated information and addenda issued before the closing date and time on the online bidding system.
