The Town of Pelham is requesting the contracting services of a qualified general contractor for the purpose of the construction of the Centennial Park Concession Upgrades and Accessible Washroom Construction at 989 Church Street. All works are to include all necessary material and labour to complete each item unless specified otherwise. In addition to this, the successful contractor will also be responsible for providing all traffic control and providing a minimum of 24-hour notice to properties within the construction limits when access will not be available or restricted. The substantial completion date for this project is December 15, 2023
