Description:
OPTIONAL SITE MEETING: A site meeting will be held on May 29, 2025 at 2:00 pm local time at enter 1706 Lower Rd, Roberts Creek, BC V0N 2W5. Proponents need to RSVP by May 28, 2025 to purchasing@scrd.ca if no RSVPs are received the site meeting may be cancelled. The Contractor services will includeall requirements as per the attached specifications and drawings which include but is not limited to: a) Earthwork and Landscaping i. Removal of redundant gravel roads. ii. Clearing and grubbing of new areas for conversion into in-ground burial plot spaces. iii. Grading of new interment areas. b)Topsoil and Hydroseeding i. Installation of topsoil. ii. Installation of sod. iii. Hydroseeding of designated areas. c) Replacement of Gravel Driveways i. Replacement of gravel driveways with lawn areas for burials. d) Stump Removal and Grading i. Removal of stumps. ii. Grading of formerly forestedareas to establish lawn areas for burials. e) Columbarium i. Installation of columbaria foundation. f) Material Storage Area and Fencing i. Supply and installation of concrete block material storage area. ii. Installation of chain-linkfence.
