- Town of Pelham is seeking proposals from firms qualified and experienced in Cemetery Data Transfer from Town data inventory to our Central Square - Stone Orchard software.
The goal of this project is to review, edit and ultimately prepare information to be loaded into
the Town of Pelham-s Stone Orchards cemetery application. The project consists of the following primary tasks:
- Adjustment of non-georeferenced CAD files (.dwg) to match survey points previously collected by Town staff to create an accurate plot grid of both Fonthill and Hillside cemeteries.
- Manual comparison of collected photos, original documents and plot details associated with provided or generated CAD drawings to ensure accuracy regarding names and dates of the interred.
