EARTHWORK, LINER & GRAVEL

Sealed bids marked "Bid for Southeast Regional Service Commission, Cell 19 & 20 Earthwork, Liner and Gravel", will be received at the office of the Southeast Regional Service Commission - Solid Waste Division, 70 Enviro Drive, Berry Mills, NB, until 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 11th, 2025. The name of the bidding firm shall be clearly indicated on the envelope. Please note that tender submissions via e-mail will be accepted, provided that a matching hard copy is delivered to the Commission within ten (10) business days of the tender closing date. E-bids are to be e-mailed to trina.young@nbse.ca prior to the tender closing time.

In general, the work consists of excavation and backfilling; construction of two new waste containment cells complete with geosynthetic liners and leachate drainage gravels in addition to HDPE leachate collection and removal (LCR) and leak detection piping; construction of a sedimentation pond complete with baffle and outlet control structure; supply and installation of HDPE leachate piping and manholes; construction of service roads and ditches; supply and installation of culverts; and restoration and shaping of all disturbed areas.
