Description:
This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by the Limestone District School Board (the “Board”) to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for RFQ 202500036 Ceiling and Lights at Fairfield Elementary School, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).
This project includes the following work:
removal of all acoustic ceiling tiles and cross teespaint existing perimeter track (the perimeter track is to remain in most spaces, with some exceptions in Corridor 210)removal of all light fixtures, including emergency pot lights temporarily remove all other mechanical and electrical devices support, protect, and reinstall these fixtures on the new ceiling replace all exit signs. Install all new acoustic ceiling tiles and cross tees lower ceilings in select areas of Corridor 210 and install new perimeter track in these areas install all new light fixtures, including emergency pot lights install additional pot light and emergency fixtures where indicated paint all existing drywall bulkheads install new 3-way key switches where indicated
