Project DescriptionGeneral Scope of WorkPrequalified Bidders will provide pricing in conjunction with drawings, specifications, and CENTRUS- design intent document(s), for the fabrication, and installation, including all labour, material, equipment and supervision required for the masonry package of the Centre Block Rehabilitation Project. Scope includes, but not limited to the following:Brick Works: (Centre Block) New brick masonry walls/infills, including all mortar and accessories. S&I of lintels. Rake out existing brick mortar joints and repoint with new mortar to match original. New openings in brick to accommodate M&E services and doorways.
