This singular prequalification call will be for various packages including but not limited to the packages listed below: Prequalification Package 1066 - CB and PWC Interior Fit-Out (Drywall)Applicable to Scaled Scopes: Subcontract Tenders up to $25,000,000 Subcontract Tenders up to $35,000,000 Subcontract Tenders up to $45,000,000The Scopes of Work will be further detailed in the tenders to Bidders who successfully prequalify.The Work may be packaged as the CM determines is best for the project. Prequalified Bidders will provide pricing in conjunction with drawings, specifications, and CENTRUS' design intent document(s), for the fabrication, and installation, including all labour, material, equipment and supervision required for the drywall package of the Centre Block Rehabilitation Project. Scope includes, but not limited to: Framing, backing and drywall partitions/ceilings. (STC, fire-rated and security assemblies) Acoustical ceilings Feature ceilings Plastering works Access panels
