Abbreviated details - Refer to Prequalification Package 1070-CB and PWC- Fireproofing & Firestopping Prequalification Package 1070-CB and PWC- Fireproofing & Firestopping Applicable to Scaled Scopes: A) Subcontract Tenders up to $8,000,000 (PWC/CB) - Firestopping or B) Subcontract Tenders up to $12,000,000 (PWC/CB) - Fireproofing or C) Subcontract Tenders up to $20,000,000 (PWC/CB) - Firestopping & FireproofingPCL\ED, a Joint Venture, acting as the Construction Manager (CM), is inviting proponents to submit their Statement of Qualifications to prequalify to bid as a fireproofing and/or firestopping Subcontractor, whose team has both the experience and capacity to successfully deliver all required fire protection scopes of work for the Centre Block Rehabilitation Program.General Scope of Work Prequalified Bidders will provide pricing in conjunction with drawings, specifications, and CENTRUS- design intent document(s), for the fabrication, and installation, including all labour, material, equipment and supervision required for the complete fireproofing and/or firestopping scopes of work for the Centre Block Rehabilitation Program. Scope includes, but not limited to: Fireproofing: • Spray-Applied fireproofing to columns, beams and metal decking. • Intumescent fire resistive coatings.
