- This Request for Standing Agreement (“RFSA”) is an invitation by the Ottawa-Carleton District School Board (the “District”) to prospective bidders to provide a submission for cleaning manholes and catch basins, flushing and pumping of sanitary sewer lines and the removal and disposal of hazardous waste including but not limited to chemical, oil and sewage waste, related to various District sites on an “as and when requested” standing agreement basis, as further described in Section A of the RFSA Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).
