- The Boreal college is looking for a firm specializing in market analysis with recognized expertise in the post-secondary education sector and a good understanding of the challenges related to the workforce in Ontario. This contract aims to carry out a strategic analysis of future needs of the labor market, in order to guide the college in the prioritization of its new post -secondary studies programs. This analysis should make it possible to identify the most promising training areas in the medium and long term, by emphasizing the creation and maintenance of a Qualified workforce, in particular for French-speaking, local and international customers. The analysis will also include an in-depth examination of sixteen study programs identified by the college as priority, in order to assess their strategic relevance, their long viability term and their alignment with the needs of the labor market.
