Description : Carpet to be removed and replaced in all common areas and tenant spaces of the Sussex Pavilion (Levels 2-8) and Rideau Pavilion on 1st floor R1-100-R1-200-R1-300-R1-400, 2nd floor R-2 100-R-200-R-2400, Bytown Pavilion -Algonquin Room and surrounding spaces as well as the cafeteria. Existing removed carpet to be disposed & recycled as required by environmental legislations and standards while providing proof certification. Ensure flooring is prepped while providing and installing new carpet tile including adhesive square connectors, new base, transition strips & carpet accessories".
