Description:
Detailed_Description : The Ministry is planning on replacing the existing roof membrane and supplying and installing a new roof membrane on the Carleton Place Patrol Garage. This will include the roof on the lower offices and washroom areas as well.This contract also includes the supply and installation of metal exterior siding on the garage together with such work as specified in the contract documents.The existing roofing system is to be demolished and properly disposed of as part of this contract. Any material used for this project are to be reviewed and approved by the Ministry prior to use.
Scope of Work : The purpose of this project is to remove and replace the existing roof system and supply and install metal exterior siding on the outside of the existing garage at the Carleton Place Patrol Yard in 2025. This work is required to extend the life of the building.
