- Greater Saskatoon Catholic Schools, as represented by Corporate Services, is requesting Proposals for the provision of caretaking and cleaning supplies (see Appendix D, E and F) in accordance with conditions stated herein.Through this Request for Proposal GSCS seeks to: a) Select the successful Proponent(s). b) Specify the conditions that would govern any resulting Contract. c) Determine a multi-year pricing and supply agreement. The term of Contract shall commence on March 1, 2025 and shall remain in effect until February 28, 2028, unless otherwise terminated in accordance with the terms outlined herein. GSCS reserves the right to extend the Contract for two (2) additional consecutive years, for a maximum potential Contract period of five (5) years, or re-tender the commodity.
